The following items are necessary to bring to Ark House •      Sensible & comfortable footwear •        Clothing sufficient for 1 weeks use •        Toiletries & towel •        Waterproof jacket •        Financial details of benefits and similar payments Unfortunately the following items are restricted and will not be permitted for use at Ark House. •      Mobile Phones, Computers, Televisions and Portable DVD players •        Inappropriate clothing such as tight, revealing or see through apparel, football and       rugby colours and items of clothing with slogans that are not appropriate in       a treatment environment. •        Pornographic material(s) •        Bicycles or other large exercise equipment. •        DVD’s and Videos •        Wall Posters •        Mouthwash containing alcohol •        Non prescribed medication with the exception of  vitamins, minerals and skin       creams

Service Users Daily Activity Plan

Monday to Friday

7.00 - 7.45              Wake up and get ready for the day.

7.45 – 8.15              Breakfast.

8.15 – 9.00              Domestic assignments and free time.

9.00 – 9.30              Group meditation. No staff present.

9.30 – 10.00             Break.

10.00 – 11.15            First part of the lecture.

11.15 – 11.45            Break.

11.45 – 12.45           Second part of the lecture.

12.45 – 13.30           Lunch and some domestic assignments.        

13.30 – 14.30           Free time.

14.30 – 16.30           Group Session (includes a short break).

17.00 – 1800             Dinner.

19.00 – 21.00            Meetings (twice a week).

Visiting Hours

Service Users are permitted visitors on Saturday only from 13.30 – 16.30.
Visitors who wish to attend the Saturday Family Group may stay through to 18.00
Please note that anyone under the influence of alcohol and/or drugs will be refused
admission
